Before writing to us

Two habits that will often save you time:

• Your internal contact knows the configuration chosen for your organisation. For a question about permissions, access to a module or the contents of a report, that is the quickest answer.
• The guide describes each screen step by step, often on video: for a specific step, the answer is there. The frequently asked questions cover what does not belong to any one screen.
