List a company's contact cards

GET 
/v1/organizations/:organizationCode/stakeholders/:companyUid/contacts

The persons attached to the company (parentUid), one card each with its primary phone number and email, primary contact first, then in the order of the last PUT, then the persons it did not save by lastName and firstName (case- and accent-insensitive), then by uid. Requires stonal.contacts.read permission
